You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account according to the billing terms shown when the fee or charge becomes due. If a service is offered on a free-trial basis, payment may be required after the free-trial period ends. If auto-renewal is enabled for a subscription, the subscription will be charged automatically according to the plan and term selected.

AirBeamTV may change products, product availability, and pricing at any time. AirBeamTV may also refuse, limit, or cancel orders in its discretion, including orders placed by or under the same account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

For AirBeamTV Mac applications downloaded for macOS through this website, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are provided only where AirBeamTV determines that there are legitimate grounds for the request. AirBeamTV reserves the right to review, approve, refuse, or limit refund requests, subject to applicable law. Requests made after the 30-day refund period or without legitimate grounds may be declined.

AirBeamTV reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this refund policy at any time by posting an updated version of these Terms.

Information in the applications, website, checkout, product descriptions, promotions, offers, and related services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. AirBeamTV may correct, update, or change information and may cancel orders where information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

Unless required by law, AirBeamTV has no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information, including pricing information. No stated update or refresh date should be treated as confirmation that all information has been modified or updated.

AirBeamTV is not responsible for content residing in an application or service. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your own content and data.

In limited circumstances, AirBeamTV may be able to restore some data from backups kept for its own purposes, but AirBeamTV has no obligation to do so and does not guarantee that any needed data will be available.

AirBeamTV applications or services may link to third-party applications, websites, products, or services. Such links do not imply approval, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

AirBeamTV is not responsible for reviewing third-party offerings and does not assume responsibility for third-party actions, products, services, content, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

These Terms do not transfer any AirBeamTV or third-party intellectual property rights to you. All rights, title, and interest in AirBeamTV applications, services, trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, and related intellectual property remain with AirBeamTV BV or the applicable rights holder.

Using AirBeamTV applications or services does not grant you a right or license to reproduce or otherwise use AirBeamTV or third-party trademarks except as expressly permitted.

Your use of AirBeamTV applications and services is at your own risk. The applications and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AirBeamTV disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AirBeamTV does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, accurate, reliable, or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AirBeamTV BV and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of AirBeamTV BV relating to the services is limited to the greater of one dollar or the amount actually paid in cash by you to AirBeamTV BV during the one-month period before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold AirBeamTV BV and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands related to your content, your use of the applications or services, or willful misconduct by you.

If any provision or portion of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions or portions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The formation, interpretation, and performance of these Terms, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of Noord-Holland, Netherlands and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to these Terms are the courts located in Noord-Holland, Netherlands. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

You may not assign, resell, sublicense, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from AirBeamTV.

AirBeamTV may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to a third party as part of a sale of substantially all assets or stock, a merger, or another corporate transaction.

AirBeamTV reserves the right to modify these Terms and policies relating to the applications or services at any time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this website or otherwise made available through the applications or services.

Your continued use of the applications or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using AirBeamTV applications or services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use or access the applications or services.
